When you visit the UMS SKELDAR website we collect personal information about your visit. Our web server automatically records details about your visit (for example, your IP address, the type of browser used, the UMS SKELDAR website pages that you visit and the duration of your visit).

Additionally, we collect the personal details which you provide online, for example, when you enter personal details (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number) on a website registration page.

We also collect personal information directly from you in the course of sales or purchasing activities and/or in connection with marketing events, e.g., business cards, personal contact details, emails and social media profiles.

Other websites, which are not operated by UMS SKELDAR, reached by links from these sites are not covered by this Notice. We collect and process the following personal information about you:

Information you provide to us.

  • Personal details (e.g., name, gender, address, e-mail address, phone number) on registration forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, text messaging, direct mail, online or otherwise.
  • Information you provide us through electronic or hard copy business cards, for instance, when you fill out: contact forms; content download requests; event or newsletter registration forms; information request forms and/or when you report a problem with our site.
  • User login and subscription data, e.g., login credentials for UMS SKELDAR website.
  • Information you provide when reporting a whistleblowing case through our website.

  • we, by using a tracking code from a third-party provider, also collect information on the public IP address of the requesting computer. This tool provides us with information as to the company that has visited our website(s), but individuals cannot be identified by this tool.

 

Information we collect through Social Media Platforms:

  • personal details and identification as included by you in your social media account, such as: first name, last name, account ID, title, geographical area, company name;
  • Professional Profile to the extent included by you in your social media account, such as: profession, occupation, company you work for and job function, professional qualifications, professional title, education.

During events and exhibitions, and only with your previous consent, we may also collect pictures and video material related to your person which we may publish on the website and social media presences of UMS Skeldar.

Cookies are small files of letters and numbers. These files are either stored in the memory of your computer or other device such as mobile phones or are placed on the hard drive of your device.
